When Ledile's favorite red balloon floats away and gets stuck across the river, she is determined to fetch it back. Unable to swim, she tries a tree branch, asks a tall man, and carefully wades into the rising water until fear makes her turn back. Just as hope seems lost, a tiny fish and a giant swimming friend come to her rescue.
